About Sue DeBrule
Welcome to my page! I am a 64 year old married female living in a Minnesota suburb. I have one son, two daughters, one daughter in-law and 2 grandchildren. I started my adult career as a kindergarten teacher. As my life changed with my children growing up and moving, I continued to retrain as I mastered many different careers. One of my biggest career accomplishments was creating, owning and directing Children’s Campus for eight years. It was a very large daycare center with the capacity of 136 children from 6 weeks through the 6th grade.
My biggest hurtle I overcame in life was surviving breast cancer in the third stage, ten and a half years ago. It made me realize how short life really is. It also made me realize that you need to live every day to its fullest – a life without limits (or limitations)! After being almost bed ridden for a year, I started over with a new life after cancer. At first I flipped houses until the real estate market went down. I have still kept the houses I had at the time and am now a landlord.
When my husband was forced into early retirement due to his entire career field being outsourced overseas, I looked around for a home-based Internet business. I needed to stay near my bed for naps! At first I struggled to learn how to leverage my time and money. After mastering Internet marketing through graduation from the school of hard knocks, I became known as the “Home Business Guru”.

My paperback book Rise Above The Rat Race. was published in June of 2010; it guides readers through ways of adapting with the changing times so they aren’t left like an extinct dinosaur (they couldn’t adapt to the changes in the world). My book guides readers through finding their purpose, fulfilling it with passion and accomplish living their wildest dreams by constantly implementing new ways of living. The surprise is that biggest change of all is found in your mindset.
You need to love what you do; life should fulfill your passions!!!! I can be at home, see my family, pet my dog when I want to pet her, wear what I want, sleep whenever I want, travel when and where ever I want. Can life get better than this? I am thankful for every day I have here on earth.
