Anxiety & Panic Attacks In Kids

When we think of panic attacks, we wouldn’t customarily associate them with kids, but children’s panic attacks are easily as real as those in adolescents and adults. It’s not surprising that in kids suffer with anxiety and panic attacks in a modern world full of stress and pressures. Regularly youngsters aren’t able to deal with the strain and anxieties that are put on them. As a result of this, anxiety anomalies and panic attacks are one of the most common psychological health worries influencing our kids today.
